For a lot of people, company culture is intangible. But, like many other things, just because you're not paying attention to it doesn’t mean you don’t have it. In this episode, we’ll talk about what culture means to us, share some examples of “good” cultures, and give you some resources and ideas you can use to start putting your company’s culture into writing and practice.
